Muse and Minds aim to make professional counselling services accessible and affordable to everyone in the community. We offer a wide variety of counselling services for teens and adults.

Muse and Minds focuses on fusing the creative and mental power of the mind in order to empower individuals to create beautiful music. As the musical journey of each individual is unique, holistic teaching methodologies are used combined with psychological, cognitive and behavioural concepts.

We offer counselling in Afrikaans and English.

We offer in-person services in Parklands, Cape Town.

We also offer our services online.
