I provide legal services to clients across South Africa, with consulting offices in Pretoria and Hartbeespoort. My focus is on the Gauteng and North-West regions, and I frequently appear in the High Courts of Gauteng and the High Court of Mmabatho. Please note that while I can accommodate clients nationwide, travel and correspondent costs may apply for cases outside of my primary areas of operation
REFERRAL BRIEF POLICY
I have recently made the decision to expand my legal practice to accommodate instructions from the public.
However, I wish to reassure the attorneys with whom I have cultivated positive working relationships over the years that I remain open to accepting referral work. My objective is to consistently deliver exceptional service to all clients, whether they are referred by attorneys or approached me directly. It is important to note that if I accept a referral brief from an attorney, I adhere to the principle of professional integrity by not allowing the client to transition to a direct brief.
