Baking is one of my big passions in life, besides my baby and husband haha..
I finishes my 1st diploma in food and hospitality management in 2005. In 2009 I finished my second diploma in risk assessment management and I did a short course in sars and payroll aswell.
I worked for 14 years in an admin field in one of south Africa's private hospital groups..
After covid in 2020 and being self sick with covid and having still a small baby at home I made a mind switch, life is short, If I don't follow my dream now, I will always wonder what if..
..and I started baking again I saw a market in gluten free because I am also glutten intolerant, but allergic to soya and nuts.. and the rest is history like they say.
